Withdrawl from School

  1. Parents /Guardians intending to withdraw their child/ward from the school should apply for Transfer Certificate.

  2. Application for withdrawal / Transfer Certificate must be given in writing by the parent on the prescribed format one month before the actual withdrawal, along with a fee of Rs. 300.

  3. Transfer Certificate willbe issued to those students whose fees and dues have been fully paid for the academic year in which the Transfer Certificate is sought. Parents must attach the clearance certificate from the account's office with the application.

  4. If a student is withdrawn during/ before the completion of the academic year, fullfees of the academic year have to be paid.

  5. In the Transfer Certificate names, date of birth, class and other data will be mentioned as per the school records only and no changes of any kind will be entertained either in the TC or in the Report Card.
